Careful Packing Takes A Little Time
Most in-stock orders are carefully packed and prepared within two to three business days. During launches, gifting seasons, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer because each piece still needs to be checked and protected for transit.

Gemstones, towers, and jewelry are packed to reduce rubbing, shifting, and pressure during transit. Fragile or pointed stones may be wrapped separately, and multi-item orders may include additional cushioning.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check nearby doors, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and household members first. If it still has not appeared after 24 hours, contact us and we will help review the next step.
